Most dresses come in S, M, L and XL, roughly US sizes 4 to 16. Each product page shows a size guide with bust, waist and hip measurements.

For flowing chiffon and A-line styles take your usual size; for fitted sequin, velvet and mermaid styles we suggest the larger size, which a tailor can take in. Email us with your measurements and we will help.

Floor-length gowns are cut long to suit heels. If you are petite or plan to wear flats, a local tailor can hem the dress to your exact length.

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best. Once an order has been packed it can no longer be changed.

No. We focus on evening gowns, mother-of-the-bride and groom dresses, cocktail and wedding-guest dresses, and sequin and velvet styles.

We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.

Orders are packed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. For a wedding or event, order three to four weeks ahead.

Unworn, unwashed dresses with the original tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number — we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Follow the care line on each product page. Sequin, velvet, satin and beaded dresses should be spot cleaned or dry cleaned; many chiffon and crepe dresses can be hand washed cold.
